Job description

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients and develop tailored value propositions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop and execute client-focused solutions
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics

You should be bi-lingual in Korean and Japanese. If not, English and Japanese would be acceptable when you want to work in Japan. (In this case, We don't support your visa in Japan.)

Any successful BD records in travel industries are welcomed most.
