Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cisco Voice Expert to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
This role is responsible for supporting the SO Vendor WNS and providing on-call support as scheduled, including implementation and testing after changes. Key duties include managing BAU tasks such as user setup, updates, and terminations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco voice products and be skilled in analyzing and troubleshooting issues to ensure timely resolution. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining system integrity and ensuring seamless communication operations.

Responsibilities
Collaborate in Agile teams, participating in ceremonies to enhance team efficiency.
Plan and manage governance of organizational assets and configuration items (CIs).
Manage and support IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and automating infrastructure provisioning and monitoring.
Respond to unplanned service interruptions, managing incident resolution and client communication.
Identify and mitigate risks to critical business systems, coordinating testing, maintenance, and contingency plans.
Ensure new or amended systems and services meet performance and security requirements and support smooth deployment and operation.
