A Technical Product Manager, Integrations at Actabl oversees the strategic development, maintenance, and monitoring of success for Actabl's integrations product. Within their charge is true ownership of their product’s strategy, what to build and why, its requirements, and the overall management of product releases. Product managers are the customer’s representatives within our organization, who advocate for not only meeting the customer’s needs but delighting them with well-built solutions that will help change their lives. Product managers research problems to solve, plan out strategic product initiatives, define what to build, and then work with product owners on “projectizing” their product vision through the software development lifecycle. We’re a company enjoying accelerated growth. We’re a global provider of innovative solutions that bring visibility and accuracy to hotel operations. Our customers trust the information, solutions, and services we provide to make real-time operational decisions. This allows them to deliver products and services efficiently and effectively to their customers.

We are currently seeking experienced product leaders who have a technical background, and a passion for customers and developers, and are excited to build and maintain existing/new integrations with 3rd party systems to grow the Actabl ecosystem.

You will need to become an acknowledged expert on the customer by spending time with users, sales, and support and observing patterns/trends from their feedback and the market. You are expected to conduct product organization research and analysis as well as develop industry/domain knowledge to make data-driven decisions for Actabl. Internally, you will be our customer’s advocate to explain “what” and “why” by leveraging data and market trends. Externally, you will also be an ambassador of Actabl to the entire industry to inspire our customers, evangelize our products, and influence stakeholders to make their decisions.

Build and drive our Actabl Data Roadmap to have a positive business outcome

You’ll become an expert on Actabl’s target customers as well as Actabl’s products and services. You will develop and maintain the Actabl Integration strategy and the roadmap to achieve the company’s vision. You are the owner of the core sets of Actabl Integrations and related processes to manage this integration and the rollout of updates. We further expect you to regularly conduct portfolio analysis to ensure the direction we pursue maintains a fit with our overall product roadmap.
