Your missions

Your mission
•    Conceptualize, develop, and execute an additional Italian market based social media strategy over all channels
•    Develop and execute an ongoing target group based content plan for all relevant social media channels within the Italian market. 
•    Create & publish high-quality content focusing on the needs and marketing objectives (video editing, copy creation, visuals).
•    Track down relevant market-based influencers & create consistent influencer relations.
•    Develop & manage user generated content content for our own social media channels as well as for brand placements on external social media channels.
•    Concept & manage digital social media & cross channel image campaigns based on the Italian market.
•    Monitor, report and analyze relevant KPIs regarding our ongoing social media as well as digital campaigns.
•    Work closely with marketing teams (Performance, CRM, SEO) and Category Management.
•    Monitor and manage our local communities.
Your profile
•    You possess at least 4-5 years of professional experience in social media.
•    Ideally, successfully completed studies focused on marketing/communication or a comparable training.
•    Social media is your daily playground and you know the main trends before the mainstream does.
•    You have relevant experience in video & visual editing and you know how to adapt social media trends. 
•    You are experienced in project management.
•    Ideally, a degree focused on media, communication, marketing, humanities, or language studies, or a comparable qualification.
•    You see yourself with strong communication skills and like to work proactively.
•    You are a native speaker in Italian you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
•    You enjoy working with creative teams in an agile, data-driven environment and possess strong organizational skills.
