Responsibilities:

Providing advice, coaching, and support to business analyst interns, helping them develop their skills, understand methodologies, and solve complex problems.
Reviewing interns' work, providing feedback, and ensuring it meets standards and project goals.
Leading training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to keep interns current with industry trends and best practices.
Helping business analyst interns set goals, identify growth opportunities, and create development plans.
Demonstrating best practices in business analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery, setting a positive example for less experienced team members to follow.
