Project Implementation Specialist

THE COMPANY:

Common CENTS™ Solutions is a leading provider of Enterprise Hospitality Solutions to the Healthcare, Senior Living, and Business Dining industries. The corporate office is located in Ridgeland, MS, with a satellite office in Marietta, GA.

Common CENTS software systems are designed to provide convenience, increased efficiency, and savings in the foodservice and meal plan operations for healthcare, senior living, and business dining environments. We provide POS systems, cashless campus solutions, meal plan management, patient dining software and more.

POSITION:

Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, the Project and Implementation Specialist is responsible for system implementations, on-site installations, hardware staging, and training. This position works closely with Project Managers on mapping-out and completing project deliverables in accordance with each project’s requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, with up to 50% on-site travel required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement projects as assigned by the Director of Professional Services
  • Embrace new and innovative ways of implementing product and services strategy, shaping CCS as an effective and modern provider providing solutions that are expected by contemporary customers.
  • Maintain communication with customers and internal departments on incidents that are escalated.
  • Address escalations from other departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a professional services role with an understanding of the fundamentals of training and implementation processes.
  • Implementation experience with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to communicate technical or complex topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to take on new challenges with a results-oriented attitude and a sense of vision and purpose.
  • The desire to learn new things and evolve in competencies in different areas.
  • Proven track record for the ability to advance problem solving and multi-task.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to deal with varied types of people (customers, vendors, colleagues, prospects) in a broad range of circumstances.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills along with active listening skills.
  • Patience, flexibility, and the ability to effectively problem solve, at times under pressure.
  • Illustrates a strong sense of integrity and trust.
  • Experience with Healthcare, Senior Living, or Food Service is a plus.
  • A valid Driver’s License is required for this position.
  • This position requires travel up to 50% of the time.
