Syteline Developer Specialist

We are looking for a Techno-Functional Infor SyteLine Developer with Infor OS Experience. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using the Infor SyteLine ERP system. Your expertise will drive improvements in business processes, enhance system functionalities, and contribute significantly to our global transformation initiatives

Note: Position is remote and must reside in the U.S.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To

  • Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements within the Infor SyteLine ERP system. Utilize Infor OS for integrations, workflows, and process automation to improve efficiency and support business objectives.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and IT teams, to gather and document detailed business requirements. Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to identify business needs and system improvements
  • Business Process: Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for enhancement, efficiency, and automation. Develop process models and workflows to effectively communicate findings and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Work closely with development teams to design solutions that align with industry best practices and meet business objectives
  • Project Management: Lead and participate in ERP implementation projects. Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in developing and implementing solutions with Infor.
  • 4+ years of experience with Syteline ERP.
  • Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing project lifecycles and ability to influence others.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the year

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, management, engineering, computer science or a related discipline.
  • Experience with Infor Cloud Applications; specifically CloudSuite Industrial.
  • Familiarity with business process re-engineering and change management practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Infor OS, including ION, API’s and Transformation.
