As a Digital Solutions Technical Engineer your exceptional technical skills will bring software solutions to life.;;You will develop new applications, enhance and configure existing applications and platforms, and also identify, investigate, and resolve issues in those applications and platforms.;;You will be part of a cross-functional team with Product Managers, Designers, and Architects creating and building solutions built on top of existing software platforms or built from scratch. ;This includes digitizing processes using different platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Help gather requirements and analyze stakeholders’ business strategy and processes to develop corresponding technical solutions that provide an intuitive user experience (UX).
- Quickly learn and apply the latest technology (i.e. programming languages, vendor platforms, AI tools, etc.) for various business use cases to build & maintain new applications and to customize or extend the functionality of vendor platforms.
- Design, build and configure software that is stable, reliable, and performant.
- Create industry-leading solutions that meet the highest standards in user engagement and experience (UX).
- Write and maintain technical documentation.
- Plan and execute unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, builds, deployments and all other parts of the SDLC process.
- Provide expertise on how to build UIs and/or APIs using programming languages and frameworks like Go, Java, Ruby, Node/JavaScript, Apigee and React.
- Provide expertise on how to use low code technology & vendor platforms like Salesforce, Appian, and UiPath.
Education/ Experience:
- At least three (3)+ years of professional experience building and maintaining digital solutions leveraging platforms like Salesforce, Appian, and UiPath or using programming languages/frameworks like Go, JavaScript and React; experience with Cloud technologies and web development is highly preferred.;;;
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment on an Agile team while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks efficiently.;
- Previous experience in Healthcare, especially Medicaid/Medicare preferred.;
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability and desire to quickly learn and use new technologies.
- Professional written and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred OR a Certificate from a coding boot camp or similar.
;Preferred:
- Salesforce, Apian, UiPath, or Apigee experience/certification(s).
- Back end coding experience with Go, Java, Ruby, and/or Node/JavaScript; Front end coding experience with frameworks like React.
- Experience with relational, graph and/or schemaless databases.
