Job description

Salary Range: ₹20,00,000 to ₹50,00,000 per annum (depending on experience and location)

Work Experience: 5+ years in engineering roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer Science, or related field). A Master's degree or MBA is a plus
  2. Professional certifications relevant to the field (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are advantageous

  •  Excellent problem solving abilities and analytical thinking
  •  Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals
  •  Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines

  •  Develop and implement engineering processes, best practices, and standards to enhance team efficiency
