We invite a skilled and proactive System Analyst with a strong technical background and extensive experience in monitoring production environments to join our team. You will help us build high-quality software serving the needs of a top global food & beverage chain with over 34,000 stores in 80 countries. You will work on a cloud component that facilitates communication with various internal services of the popular coffeehouse chain.

✅ Is that you?

• 4+ years of relevant experience as a System Analyst
• Strong technical background with hands-on production monitoring experience
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Experience with data analysis and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk)
• Knowledge of incident management and response tools (e.g., PagerDuty)
• Understanding of systems development, analysis, and design
• Basic knowledge of database design and uses
• Basic knowledge of project management techniques
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proactivity, initiative, excellent communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience in restaurant software applications
• Background in international, multicultural environments

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering effective production support, performing systems configuration and testing, and contributing to solution design.

• Gather, analyze, and document solution requirements; support user story creation
• Use LEAN techniques to develop business process design
• Configure applications, including creating attributes, workflows, and UI changes
• Support data conversion by extracting, loading, and validating data
• Develop and execute test plans, prepare test environments, and validate results
• Provide 24/7 support for critical systems; resolve and escalate trouble tickets
• Perform root cause analysis and build expertise in system support
• Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and teams, providing timely and thorough communication
• Create and maintain systems documentation; facilitate system training
• Write ad-hoc queries for mass data analysis and operational reports
