1st Line Support Specialist

LinkedClient is a European AI startup founded in 2020, developing cutting-edge AI for B2B sales.

At LinkedClient, we leverage advanced AI and ML technology, automating not just the acquisition of new clients but the entire ecosystem surrounding it. From conducting thorough product research, prospecting potential leads, nurturing relationships, delivering engaging sales demos, ensuring timely follow-up, navigating the intricacies of negotiations, to finalizing contracts—all executed with seamless precision by Elsie, our AI.

We're seeking a motivated 1st Line Support Specialist to join the LinkedClient team. The work is hybrid, and you can choose to work from home for a significant portion of the time. The role is stationed in Pristina or Gjilan, Kosovo.

As a 1st Line Support Specialist, your primary focus will be:

  • Providing first-level technical support to our users, addressing and resolving their issues in a timely manner.

  • Assisting clients in navigating our AI tools, ensuring they are comfortable and confident in using our platform.

  • Escalating more complex issues to 2nd Line Support or other relevant departments while maintaining communication with the client.

  • Documenting client interactions and technical issues to improve the support process and help refine our AI solutions.

  • Educating clients on best practices for using LinkedClient's tools to maximize their productivity and success.

Qualifications:

  • A solid understanding of technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.

  • Experience in customer support, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
