Role Summary:

As a Change Management Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of high-visibility digital transformation programs. Your expertise in content development and communication strategies will be essential in showcasing program successes, engaging stakeholders, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for creating compelling narratives through various mediums, such as newsletters, success stories, and SharePoint sites, to ensure that the program's goals, progress, and achievements are effectively communicated.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute change management communication that resonate with diverse audiences across the organization.
  • Create and curate content that highlights success stories, milestones, and program updates in an engaging and informative manner.
  • Design and manage newsletters, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging that supports the program's objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a SharePoint site that serves as a central hub for program information, resources, and success stories.
  • Support the rollout of new digital programs by crafting clear, concise, and motivating communications that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Leverage your experience in digital programs to provide insights and recommendations on best practices for communication and content development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent communication throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Create high-quality, visually appealing content for newsletters, SharePoint, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document success stories, lessons learned, and key achievements.
  • Ensure all communications are aligned with the program's vision, goals, and branding.
  • Regularly update the SharePoint site to reflect the latest program developments and resources.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with project teams to gather content and feedback.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of communication efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in change management communications or content development, preferably within digital transformation programs.
  • Proven experience in standing up new digital programs and creating engaging content that drives stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with SharePoint site development and management.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
