This position supports Service Cloud asset entry & management, Serialization, and the Service Level Agreement process (program) and works with various levels of the organization to maximize the capabilities of the Salesforce/Service Cloud system.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 2-4 years of service/sales experience

Travel: 5-10%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required.  However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works with the Salesforce Team to track and prioritize enhancements and improvements to Service Cloud and the serialization process.
  • Works with the Digital Application Group of FTI to maintain and update Nice-label’s functionality in the Serialization process.
  • Updates the install base of assets & monitors the accuracy and consistency of the data in Salesforce/Service Cloud.
  • Develops and distributes customer facing dashboards and KPI’s for ServiceCloud users and customers.
  • Assist Product Managers in the identification of Serialized assets and loading this data into Nice-Label for transmission to Excellerate Operations.
  • Provide guidance in FTI’s product lifecycle management and storage of product assets and attributes.
  • Assist in systems testing (upgrades/improvements) to the Salesforce and Nice-label platforms.
  • Salesforce/Service Cloud/Nice-Label User Support Lead including liaison to powers users, maintenance of training documentation of user issues, and responsible for record retention.
  • Administrates Service Cloud users, data governance and helps maintain consistent asset hierarchy and nomenclature.
  • Commits to the Company’s vision and mission, and consistently demonstrates our Core Values.
  • Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
