SMB Onboarding Specialist

As an SMB Onboarding Specialist at Burq, you will be the first point of contact for our small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients. You will guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively use our platform. This role is crucial for setting the tone of the customer relationship, providing an excellent customer experience, and driving customer success from the very beginning.

This role is ideal for customer-centric professionals who excel at problem-solving, communication, and process optimization, and who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for SMB clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize Burq’s platform.
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training sessions and create resources to help clients understand and leverage the platform’s features.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact during the onboarding phase.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve the onboarding process by gathering client feedback and making data-driven adjustments.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with the customer success and product teams to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account management.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in onboarding or customer success within a tech company.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, project management software, and other technology platforms.
  • Process-Oriented: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
