Your mission

As the Chief of Staff (m/f/x) to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless execution and alignment across the organization. You will work closely with the CEO to support the company's growth and success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Collaborate with the CEO on strategic projects, including partnerships, M&A evaluations, and fundraising activities.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and prioritization across teams.
  • Identify challenges and develop innovative solutions to drive company growth.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies, presentations, and KPI reports to monitor performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare and follow up on management and board meetings, ensuring all actions are tracked and completed.
  • Build trust and establish strong working relationships with team members and leadership.
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new topics and industries, leveraging your ability to immerse yourself in complex subjects.


Your Qualification:

  • Several years of experience in a leadership or management role within a fast-paced environment such as strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startups.
  • A proactive approach to tackling challenges with a strong hands-on mentality.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and handle both high-level and detailed tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and providing constructive feedback.
  • A collaborative work style with the ability to manage cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new topics and industries, with a track record of successful integration into new areas.
