Job Description
1.Lead, drive, motivate and develop the Channel Partners to deliver on the strategy and set objectives.
2.Responsible and accountable for setting, forecasting, and delivering on the overall sales targets with the channel partners .
3.Responsible for channel partner business compliance at all times and all activities related to this.
4.Responsible for planning and coordinating major customer facing activities with the sales and commercial marketing teams.
5.Ensure strong communication and alignment externally and with internal stakeholders to drive the business effectively.
6.Obtain and share competitive intelligence and market trends information. 7.Prospecting for strategic partnerships (contract creation, opportunity seeking, business visits and customer reporting).
8.Develop and maintain necessary knowledge of the Clinical Flow Cytometry market in Greater China.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in biology or medicine is preferred.
2. More than 5 years of sales and channel management experience
3. Experience in sales of flow cytometry, microplate reader or other life science instruments is preferred
4. Experience working in complex, high-tech, long sales cycle sales environment and can accept frequent travel.
5. Good English and Chinese communication skill in both written and verbal.
6. Strictly comply with Agilent's compliance requirements.
