Job description

Job Brief:
At iContainers, we are redefining logistics and freight forwarding by leveraging technology. We’re looking for an energetic and results-driven Product Team Member to join our team. This role will involve a balance of strategic product management, hands-on project execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Responsibilities
  • Product Roadmap & Strategy: Contribute to shaping the product roadmap. Align product goals with business objectives while keeping the customer at the center of all decisions.
  • Project Management & Execution: Work with a team to ensure the planning, execution, and successful delivery of product features and updates. Coordinate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely releases and seamless implementation.
  • Product KPIs & Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and report on key product metrics. Use data-driven insights to prioritize initiatives and ensure the product meets performance and growth targets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact between various stakeholders, from senior leadership to cross-functional teams. Communicate project status, gather feedback, and manage expectations effectively.
  • User Research & Product Improvement: Engage with users, analyze behavior, and gather feedback to continuously improve the product. Develop hypotheses, test new features, and iterate based on learnings.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities as a component of broader market research. Incorporate insights into strategic decisions, but keep this as a secondary focus.
  • Sprint Coordination: Collaborate with the Product Owner and engineering teams to plan sprints, manage backlogs, and ensure development stays aligned with priorities. Ensure sprint goals are met but not as the main focus.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and detailed product documentation, from user stories to release notes. Provide regular updates on product progress and performance metrics.
