We are looking for a Release Management Specialist to ensure our worldwide ERP Template is developed combining sustainable quality aspects with appropriate speed to support the rollout projects perfect.
Business Digitalization is a business department which aims to transform ZF into a data driven company with process excellence based on digitalization.
Your tasks as ERP Release Management Specialist (m/f/d):
- Support the consistent setup and run of release planning activities.
- Align release cycles and timelines on build and on program level.
- Ensure sustainable Template quality by setting up quality gates.
- Provide dashboards to enable self-paced quality checks controls by the workstreams in the build community.
- Supervise quality of finalized process developments or changes before bundling them to the next Release.
- Coordinate Transportation with IT transportation management.
- Publish and communicate release changes.
- Provide consistent Release documentation for all stakeholders.
Your profile as ERP Release Management Specialist (m/f/d):
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, IT, or similar qualification.
- Experience in organizing and planning template releases.
- Experience in aligning with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in aligning basic rules with IT.
- Experience in SAP, Solman, JIRA, qTest, SharePoint and office tools would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, independent working approach, analytical thinking and high reliability as well as willingness to work in a very dynamic working environment.
- Fluent English skills are mandatory, German skills would be advantageous.
