Min 3 years experience in a similar marketing / CRM specialist role. Proficiency in using HubSpot platform, including building sequences, workflows, chat flows, and reports. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Experience in Property Marketing in Australia,(not just realestate but property development industry, Financial services, or branding agencies, govt roles would be seen as favourable.

Core responsibilities:

Utilise HubSpot to manage all marketing activities, including but not limited to email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, social media scheduling, and content management. Create and manage automated sequences and workflows within HubSpot to optimise lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes. Develop and maintain chat flows within HubSpot to enhance customer engagement and support. Generate custom reports and analyse data within HubSpot to track campaign performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective HubSpot strategies. Stay updated on HubSpot's latest features, updates, and best practices to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
