Position: Social Media Optimizer (SMO)
Location: H-196, Lohia Road, Sector-63, Noida, UP (No work-from-home option)
Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM, Six days a week

As part of our growth, we are seeking a talented Social Media Optimizer (SMO) to join our team and help us amplify our social media presence.

Job Summary:

The Social Media Optimizer (SMO) will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and online presence. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in social media management with hands-on experience in creating and executing successful social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and traffic on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Content Creation & Optimization: Create, schedule, and optimize engaging social media content, including posts, images, and videos, to maximize reach and impact.
Audience Engagement: Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a strong online community.
Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns, both organic and paid, to achieve business objectives.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights. Provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and up-to-date.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content, graphic design, and digital marketing teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall marketing goals.
SEO Integration: Collaborate with the SEO team to integrate social media strategies with search engine optimization efforts.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in social media optimization and management, with a strong track record of hands-on experience in executing social media campaigns.

Skills: Good understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content creation tools. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

Creative Skills: Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content with attention to detail and aesthetics.

Analytical Abilities: Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into effective strategies.

Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with paid social media campaigns.
Basic knowledge of SEO and its application in social media strategies.
Familiarity with the EdTech industry and its audience.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Increase in social media followers and engagement rates.
Growth in website traffic from social media channels.
Effectiveness of social media campaigns in driving leads and conversions.
Positive brand sentiment and audience interaction.
