We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Development Support II to join our team. This role can be located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL, and is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead internal cross-LOB and external client events to drive ROI measurements to capture leads and expand relationship engagements.
  • Partner with Marketing on lead generation campaigns tailored to Treasury Sales using various digital marketing tactics to drive qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with Treasury Sales to design and execute targeted sales campaigns that align with business goals including sales content, developing email sequences, and coordinating webinars, events and sales-driven initiatives.
  • Support client seminars/webinars to showcase thought leadership, drive engagement and provide networking opportunities within the industry.
  • Build out industry roundtables and collaborate across BNY to implement best practices.
  • Support our TS conferences to drive revenue and growth for Americas Sales.
  • Build newsletters and thought leadership content, blog posts, and video content that support lead nurturing and sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs and insights to refine target audience segmentation, improve campaign performance, and identify new opportunities for lead generation.
  • Develop effective project plans to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience in marketing, communications or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, persuasive content
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with budget management and vendor coordination is a plus.
