Position Responsibilities

You will support the Replicon’s continuous efforts to enhance the compliance programs governing the usage of the company’s products, by understanding and conducting in-depth research on the applicable labour and employment laws across various geographies. You will be advising various internal project teams in Replicon on global labour laws, implications of related legal risks and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s in Law.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in researching and documenting labour law/other laws compliances.
  • Basic to medium level knowledge of relevant employment laws and payroll life cycle process across various countries.
  • Exposure of working in a global company.
  • Experience in liaising with external legal counsels and law firms.
