Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Operations Specialist, Thoracic Operations will support the Thoracic Business Unit and Novocure US corporate objective attainment by supporting US field teams integration and implementation of CRM functionality, full ownership of site certification logistics and management of fulfillment vendor. The position will work closely with partners in Marketing, IT, Legal, Medical, and Sales on various initiatives including systems improvement, business reporting, and field team support.

This is a full time, exempt, field-based/office based/remote role tied to the Chesterbrook, PA office reporting to Senior Director, Business Operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the Thoracic Business Unit point person for CRM initiatives
  • Conduct on-going needs analysis with the field team, leadership and relevant stakeholders to identify efficiencies and optimize the CRM system
  • Point person for field teams to answer questions related to field tools and provide administrative functions as deemed necessary to maintain smooth operations
  • Includes back -end support for Sales Training and site certification
  • Ownership of field Zip to Territory alignments
  • Fully responsible for Thoracic fulfillment vendor management
  • Close collaboration with relevant cross-functional partners including Sales, Marketing, & Patient Experience team to ensure vendor has capacity to support all needs and run reports as needed to assess material utilization and distribution analytics
  • Ownership of demonstration device inventory and distribution
  • Provide utilization and distribution analytics as requested
  • Provide support for quarterly and annual incentive compensation programs.
  • Validate and manage sales metrics and reports (BOBJ, Data Lake, Veeva, etc.) Investigate and resolve data issues.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 2-3 Years experience in operational support or project management
  • Up to 30% Business Travel required
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Experience creating and managing Microsoft Sharepoint pages

OTHER:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
