Your missions

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist to create, develop, guide and monitor our organisations online presence. This role has the potential to be a paid position in future.

Our Social Media Strategist will have an opportunity to create awareness for our organisation. Expanding the reach of our mission and connecting with customers will be critical to the strategy and longevity of our project. By evaluating the success of online campaigns and customer feedback, it will give us the opportunity to identify where social vulnerability occurs so we can invest company profits back into communities who need it the most.

What are we looking for?

Extensive experience with working with various social media platforms. Great communication skills in order to liaise with company directors. The ability to think strategically and creatively. Solid knowledge of computers and relevant operating systems and software programs.

What will you be doing?

Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing organisation awareness and customer engagement. Creating captivating content for our organisation's social media sites which may include writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies. Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts. Liaising with the directors to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy.
