Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Configure and customize PolicyCenter to meet specific business needs.
- Integrate PolicyCenter with other systems and applications for seamless data exchange.
- Write efficient code and develop software components within the PolicyCenter framework.
- Conduct comprehensive testing to identify and fix bugs, ensuring system reliability.
- Build technical documents for design, user guides, and code to aid maintenance.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams for successful project delivery.
- Provide ongoing support, address issues, and implement updates for PolicyCenter applications.
- Optimize application performance for speed, efficiency, and user happiness.
- Follow industry standard processes, security, and compliance guidelines.
- Apply version control systems to lead and supervise code efficiently.
- Share knowledge and deliver training on PolicyCenter functionalities and standard processes.
- Fix and resolve technical issues related to the PolicyCenter platform.
- Stay informed about Guidewire technology advancements and integrate new features.
Required Qualifications
Hands on experience on Guidewire specifically Guidewire PolicyCenter, Rating
Configurations and Integrations
Min 7+ years on Guidewire in hands on role and 15+ overall experience
Working experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter V10 or above.
Experience to GW Cloud engagements OR understand GW Cloud concepts and guidelines.
Experience in leading and mentoring team technically and also experience in mid to large implementation or upgrade engagements.
Salary And Other Compensation
The annual salary for the position is between $88,690 – $155,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
