We are seeking a scrappy and strategic VP of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that effectively targets both individual school psychologists and broader district-level decision-makers. Your goal will be to create a seamless transition from initial product adoption by end users to enterprise-level sales, and vice versa. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in marketing within SaaS or similar business models. You should be well-versed in field marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), content marketing, and demand generation, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced startup environment. This role requires a balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making, with a focus on tying marketing initiatives to ROI.
