Job Description

  • Lead the Software Engineering team for ERP products, especially Supply Chain and Logistics software.
  • Manage a team of 3-5 members, providing technical guidance and leadership.
  • Oversee the implementation, operation, and improvement of software products.
  • Ensure business-driven requirements are met to provide positive consumer experiences.
  • Participate in strategic planning, resource allocation, and financial management.
  • Evaluate team performance and manage team goals and objectives.


The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering within IT, including application development and support.
  • Experience in managing ERP development and implementation projects.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
  • Deep understanding of various development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience in delivering SCM, WMS, logistic systems is preferred but not required.
  • Participation in global projects is a plus.
