QA Leadership: Lead QA activities at the account level, managing multiple agile teams.

Strategic Planning: Articulate QA strategy and create execution plans.

Testing Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in both manual and automation testing.

Cost and Efficiency Improvement: Track record of reducing quality costs and testing turnaround time (TAT).

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in QA processes and practices.

Effective Communication: Communicate efficiently with team members and stakeholders.

Proven Experience: Over 12+ years in QA management roles, showcasing a deep understanding of QA processes and methodologies.

Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to align testing strategies with business needs.

Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor QA teams across multiple projects, demonstrating strong communication and technical leadership skills.

QA Program Development: Develop and implement a quality assurance program aligned with organizational goals and best practices.

Effective QMS: Establish and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) to meet standards and conduct regular compliance audits.
