On behalf of one of our client,  a next generation financial crime prevention solution provider, we are currently looking for Customer Success Specialist to join their team.

What you will be doing:

  • Post-sales support - act as a point of contact between the customer and the different departments of the company;
  • Provides internal and external training on the company's products;
  • Supports the customer's onboarding process.
  • Performs studies and research on the company products and consults the customers;
  • Reports bugs and suggests improvements through the different departments of the company;
  • Translate and maintain the company's internal documentation in English;
  • Lead meetings with clients and help them understand and work effectively with company products;
  • Analyze the client's setup and provide suggestions for improvement on quarterly business reviews or when needed;
  • Prepares or translates documentation for customers.

Ideally, your skills will include:

  • This position requires work on two shifts (9 am - 6 pm; 3 pm - 12 am), which may include weekends and holidays, paid as per the local legislation;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Previous experience in Customer Success or Customer Service function;
  • Highly organized and able to evaluate and prioritize customer demands;
  • Very strong communication skills and ability to act as the main point of contact for customers;
  • Good presentation skills, to be able to present the product features to our customers;
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools;
  • Relevant education degree;
  • Experience in the fintech industry or with payments, fraud, and AML, will be considered an advantage.
