Do you want an opportunity to intern alongside our business, entertainment, and games development teams? Well, Skybound’s Fall 2024 Internship Program is approaching! Within internships, students gain valuable insights into our property and the gaming industry. Our program allows students to collaborate with industry professionals, work on impactful projects, and develop problem-solving skills through real hands-on experiences. We are seeking students that bring creativity, curiosity, and a passion for gaming and comic books to join our team this summer. 


About Us:


We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team and gain valuable experience in various HR functions. As an intern, you will work under the supervision of the HR Manager and other members of the HR team. You will be exposed to various aspects of a Human Resources department by assisting in carrying out day-to-day HR activities. These activities may include but is not limited to assisting in the recruitment process, compliance and labor codes applicable to local and state laws, exposure to development of HR Policies and Procedures. 

Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Support in organizing and updating employee records and HR databases.
  • Aid in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in conducting research on HR best practices and compliance regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Gain exposure to various aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and HR compliance.
  • Work closely with HR professionals to learn about the day-to-day operations of an HR department and contribute to its success.

  • Basic knowledge of recruiting and human resources is beneficial.
  • Highly organized and interested in HR tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
