What your days might look like

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Account Executive to join our growing UK team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset and tenacity to cultivate lasting relationships with both partners and internal sales teams. Reporting directly to our UK Partnership manager this as a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team.who truly work together to help one another succeed.

As a Partnerships Account Executive you’ll:

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities to build a partner pipeline
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, negotiations, and ongoing support.
  • Regularly communicate with partners to provide updates on product developments, marketing initiatives, and other relevant information
  • Prospect for potential new partners and convert into increased business
  • Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure successful partner integration and performance
  • Qualify opportunities from your SDRs, run the sales cycle and close the sale
  • Meet potential partners by growing, maintaining, and leveraging networks
  • Coordinate joint marketing and sales activities to maximise partner-driven revenue
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance against predefined KPIs and goals
  • Provide strategic input and recommendations to enhance the company’s partnership strategy and product offerings
  • Prepare and present regular reports on partnership progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management

What you will bring
  • 3+ years experience in a B2B sales role
  • 2+ years of partnerships or channel sales experience
  • Relevant industry experience (SaaS, tech, or an aligned industry)
  • Proven sales track record
  • Clear experience developing and winning new channel and referral partners
