Join acmetric
We’re looking for an agile, dynamic, and experienced Marketing Lead to join our team. You will lead our market awareness efforts, by shaping our brand, driving demand, and telling acmetric’s story. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and experience within the B2B technology sector, particularly in AI, and data science consulting. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company, with a focus on both innovation and impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Shape our vision:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive and true-to-brand awareness campaigns to position acmetric as a leading choice in the enterprise AI and data science sectors;
    • Ensure consistent messaging and visual representation across all touchpoints.
  • Tell our story:
    • Translate high-level ideas about brand and positioning in high-quality, relevant content that educates and engages our target audience;
    • Manage content distribution and promotion across appropriate channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Support our growth:
    • Lead and optimize demand generation campaigns and nurturing programs across all channels to drive customer acquisition and retention;
    • Own our product marketing efforts in collaboration with the sales and product teams. Develop our value proposition, messaging, and positioning and co-create go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and retention;
    • Be proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Boost our spotlight:
    • Manage all communications efforts, including PR, and media relations, to enhance acmetric’s reputation and visibility;
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and media outlets.
  • Empower our team:
    • Take extreme ownership of the marketing strategy, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with company goals and delivering measurable results;
    • Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives and market trends.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with versatile marketing experience from product and content marketing to brand awareness, ideally within technology, AI, data science or complex services like consultancy.
  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and produce high-quality marketing collateral.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics to guide decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs with a strong sense of ownership.
