Remote Candidates must be located in the Bay Area

A family law and civil litigation office is searching for a tech-savvy Employment Attorney to join their team in a remote position. The firm is based out of Cupertino, CA and requires attendance to court in San Francisco, so candidates must be located within the Bay Area. They are looking for someone with 10 years of plaintiff employment law experience under their belt, particularly in civil rights, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and whistleblower cases. Key duties include client communications, case follow-ups, attending hearings, acting as an expert witness, and overseeing paralegal work. This exciting role is perfect for attorneys who have run their own firms and are looking for the freedom to manage day-to-day activities with the trust and autonomy that come from remote work, all while staying connected to the pulse of the Bay Area s legal scene.

Salary Range: $175,000 - $250,000 / year DOE

Employment Attorney Requirements

  • 10+ years of Plaintiff Employment experience
  • Discrimination cases required (gender, pregnancy, disability, age, race)
  • At least 2 first-chair trials
  • Strong technical skills; proficiency with My Case CRM and Ring Central
  • California Bar admission
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited university
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Experience in state and federal courts is preferred
  • Extensive trial and pre-trial litigation experience, particularly in civil rights cases is preferred
  • Must live within the Bay Area to attend court appearances in San Francisco
