Overview:

Director, Pricing – Job Description

 

As Director, Pricing, you will lead cross functional efforts to design, execute, monitor and continuously improve clinician pay and customer pricing strategies considering multiple factors like company strategy, market prices and supply and demand dynamics.

Responsibilities:

Clinician Compensation

  • Design approach for collecting relevant data to inform compensation strategy for clinicians
  • Analyze market approaches and dynamics related to clinician compensation 
  • Design methodology to analyze internal data regarding relationship between clinician compensation and order fulfillment to inform go forward approach
  • Work closely with client and candidate facing delivery teams to understand and utilize market and workforce dynamics, priorities, etc.
  • Design, implement and monitor a dynamic clinician compensation model to optimize the balance between fulfillment levels and financial impact
  • Work closely with delivery and finance teams to inform strategies on clinician fringe compensation including benefits, bonuses, etc.
  • Work closely with marketing on go to market communication of compensation packages
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in clinician compensation

 

Client Pricing

  • Design approach for collecting relevant internal and market data to inform pricing strategy for clients and affiliates (i.e. MSP fees)
  • Develop and update pricing models and tools for decision-making support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, delivery) to establish pricing strategies and guidelines aligned with customer dynamics, market positioning and business objectives.
  • Monitor pricing performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend pricing adjustments.
  • Work closely with sales teams to provide pricing support and guidance on proposals and contracts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in pricing strategy for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional pricing projects to optimize processes and systems.
  • Work with cross functional teams to develop pricing for new offerings
  • Drive pricing innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years’ experience in finance and/or accounting including 3-4 years of pricing experience.
  • Advanced technical ability in Excel required, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities with experience navigating change management considerations.
  • Enthusiastic, visionary leader with integrity and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire others.
  • Strong team player with the ability to drive consensus toward positive impact while working across departments and functions.
  • Exceptional business judgment with the ability to make decisions and/or provide insight with less than perfect information.
  • Must have an exceptional emphasis on quality control of large data sets, accuracy of data, and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Must be detail-oriented, strong ability to multi-task and have an analytical mindset.
  • Must be able to lead, prioritize and create delivery timelines and project plans.
  • Proven project management experience required.

 

 

 

Preferences:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O and/or Peoplesoft software.
  • Experience with PowerBI and SQL/relational databases.
  • Demonstrated change management experience.
  • Staffing Industry experience.

Pay Range: USD $120,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
