We are seeking a talented and driven
Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team!
This role involves the conceptualization, development, production, and sourcing of packaging solutions for new products across various departments, including home, food & beverage, apparel, and accessories. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the overall business objectives and establishing the optimal packaging plan to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete work independently.
- Establish the optimal approach for the project and gather requirements/input from all packaging areas.
- Proactively drive and manage the project plan, communicate all deadlines, and ensure cross-functional team compliance.
- Ensure the project aligns with the core project calendar and delivers on business objectives, strategy, and project goals.
- Monitor compliance of activities from Project Kick-off through Results Analysis.
- Follow defined communication methods and procedures.
- Use problem-solving and critical thinking skills to facilitate effective decision-making and risk analysis within the cross-functional team.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of work.
- Draw conclusions from relevant data and make appropriate recommendations.
Qualifications: - Experience level: Manager
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/partners simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proven track record of consistent project development and execution.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote.
- Desired Requirements:
- Previous project management experience.
- Understanding of packaging development.
- Knowledge of project management systems and tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
- Previous experience or skillsets in data and analytics.
