Job description

The Opportunity 

Beyond Identity is currently looking for a talented and driven channel account manager to maintain and expand all our partner relationships within the West territory. They will be responsible for supporting Beyond Identity’s ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a portfolio of assigned partners and customers.

What You Can Expect to Do:

  • Manage and Build Partner Relationships: Identify, onboard, and enable new and existing channel partners in the territory (U.S. & Canada).
  • Provide Partner Training and Enablement: Conduct ongoing sales and SE training, business plan reviews, and sales rep alignment to ensure partner readiness.
  • Develop and Execute Territory Plans: Create and maintain detailed territory plans, with monthly pipeline reports to track progress and manage the channel pipeline.
  • Drive Partner and Sales KPIs: Develop, track, and report on partner and sales execution toward key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with channel leadership.
  • Oversee Deal Registration and Pipeline Management: Prioritize and coordinate deal registration among partners and the Beyond Identity sales team while managing the regional pipeline and advancing deals.
  • Manage Marketing Funds and Programs: Working with senior leadership for Sales & Marketing to execute partner marketing activities and launch channel incentives and SPIF programs.
  • Enhance Strategic Business Relationships: Define, deploy, and reassess quarterly business plans to deepen relationships with channel partners and drive incremental bookings growth.
  • Recruit and Develop Channel Partners: Execute strategies for recruiting new channel partners and managing key strategic partner relationships.
  • Support Strategic Business Initiatives: Collaborate with channel leadership on strategic initiatives, providing executive-level reporting and insights.
  • Participate in Marketing Events: Attend and represent Beyond Identity at seminars, trade shows, and other marketing events, including travel as necessary.
  • Stay Informed on Competitive Positioning: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Beyond Identity’s market positioning and competitive landscape.

What we Hope You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment with a proven track record of success, existing partner relationships
  • Thorough understanding of the industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel 30 to 50% of the time
  • Technology industry experience preferred
  • Security and/or IAM sales experience is a plus
