Job Description: On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst for a UKG Pro Payroll Workforce Management Implementation project.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document business requirements ensuring completeness and feasibility for implementation.
• Support Time and Scheduling SMEs in requirements definition & validation.
• Work with project managers to maintain detailed activity plans, raise risks to meet project objectives, and offer solutions to issues arising.
• Provide regular project progress/status reporting to the Functional Lead, Project Manager
• Escalate issues/changes to Functional Lead and Project Manager
• Perform risk management, including but not exclusive to, risk planning, identification, risk analysis, and risk responses.
• Develop user process maps along with business representatives.
• Develop comprehensive user stories and test cases, and lead testing activities toward validating requirements.
• Help with defect triage decisions according to priorities based on severity, impact, and reach
• Support the execution of test plans for WFM components and Payroll
• Identify and resolve defects and issues to ensure the system meets quality standards before going live.
• Work with FH SMEs and Change Management to support the development of training materials and support documentation
• Work with change management leads to develop and execute change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions for users adapting to the new systems.
• Support the knowledge transfer from the project to the sustainment structure and ensure the support structure is adequately prepared to support the new processes and solutions.
• Support project closing documentation as required by PMO, including lessons learned.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive employee information.
Qualifications:
• Direct experience with the following are considered assets:
• Expert-level experience with UKG WFM
• Senior-level experience with UKG Payroll
• Similar experience with other SaaS Payroll and WFM systems is an asset.
• Experience working with complex scheduling systems is very desirable
• Experience implementing solutions with complex time requirements is very desirable
• Health care experience preferred
• Required experience developing and executing project plans with complex data integrations
• General knowledge of HR information systems and operations preferred
• Experience in multi-collective agreement and complex labor relations environments preferred
Hourly rate: $85-$90 per hour.
