YOUR MISSION
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Support Procurement Operations professional to join our newly created Purchase to Pay Team within the Global Finance Operations Department in our HQ.


THE JOURNEY

  • Executes activities related to the P2P process and selected “enabling” processes to fulfill customer needs stable, fast, and efficiently
  • Constant stakeholder education to increase efficiency & ensure purchasing compliance
  • Is responsible for activities in the P2P process in the respective area of scope or for assigned topics/tickets/requests/issues (e.g. communicates with requestors for purchase requests and approvals, places orders, monitors goods receive)
  • Acts as an interface to the central Accounting department
  • Acts as the first point of contact for all requests, questions, issues placed in the ticket tool; solve these requests or forwards to the right contact in the procurement team
  • Creates and maintains training and education material
  • Owns the end-to-end catalog management. (creates and updates standard articles in close collaboration with strategic Buyers and external Suppliers)
  • Performs all tasks related to supplier management. Including supplier onboarding, qualification, evaluation, performxºance management, information maintenance and off-boarding.
  • Follows up on claims with relevant suppliers and stakeholders
  • Provides input for continuous improvement of procurement processes and solutions
  • Support of procurement improvement projects 
  • Works closely with strategic buyers according to policy, internal process descriptions, and/or defined roles & responsibilities
  • Define roadmap implementation strategy, considering criticality, volumes, spend and headcounts of the country. 
  • Align with several stakeholders, such as Category Managers, Local Finance Managers, GM, etc, new procedures and roll outs. 
  • Prepare communication plan for the pre and post implementation, ensuring using Glovo’s standards.
