👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Guidewire Business Analyst at Ivy Partners, your missions will be:


  • Requirement Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes. Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to determine the needs of the business.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with the IT team to design effective solutions within the Guidewire framework. Ensure that solutions align with the business goals and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories. Maintain updated documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the technical team. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment of project goals with business needs.
  • System Configuration and Testing: Assist in the configuration and customization of the Guidewire platform to meet business requirements. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the Guidewire implementation. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users as needed.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in business processes. Work with data teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within Guidewire systems.
  • Project Support: Support project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Assist in the resolution of project issues and escalate as necessary to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement within the Guidewire environment. Stay current with industry trends, Guidewire updates, and best practices to continually enhance business solutions.
