On behalf of our client we are on the lookout for an experienced Payment specialist, who'll oversee the operational activity of the company's PSP in the LATAM region.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in the payment solutions market, specifically within the gambling industry;
PSP structure understanding alongside with knowledge on an interaction system between payment participants;
Deep understanding of local payment methods for Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia;
Understanding of the payment structure and crypto exchange process;
Wide network and established relationships with local legal firms in order to setup a substance;
Possibility to live or travel to LATAM region for the business purposes.
Responsibilities:
Establish and manage local payment solutions in various regions, transitioning operations from the ground up to fully functional systems;
Identify and secure necessary payment licenses for the regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations;
Oversee and guide the development of regional markets, acting as a key partner in establishing and growing these markets, particularly in Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia;
Create and maintain a complete substance presence in target regions, including setting up alternative payment methods like bank transfers and cash options;
Utilize local contacts and firms to efficiently set up financial operations, develop storefronts, and drive traffic.
