Nutreco has two business lines: Skretting is a leading global provider of innovative aquafeed solutions, revolutionizing aquaculture for a sustainable future. Trouw Nutrition specializes in animal nutrition and is committed to advancing livestock health and productivity through cutting-edge solutions. We are seeking a Business Application Specialist-Trainings to be responsible for the creation, maintenance and delivery of all training materials related to global applications and Unite processes for the Finance BBP. This role is crucial to ensure that finance training materials meet all the business requirements.
 

About The Role: Driving Technological Innovation

  • Responsibilities:

    • Creation and maintenance of all training materials for finance global applications and Unite processes.

    • Planning and delivery of training sessions to the business for finance global applications and Unite processes.

    • Delivery of finance training on new global applications, M3 implementation projects and process improvements related to finance.

    • Ensuring all Infor fixes and features are correctly reflected in all training materials.

    • Creation of KPI's to review the effectiveness of finance training materials.

    • Interacts and engages frequently with business to ensure that finance training materials meet the business requirements .

    • Create training plans per M3 roles and for standard user roles within the finance team.

    • Co-ordinate local training plans.

    • Support the local key user network on all finance training topics.
       

Skills and Expertise

  • Qualifications:

    • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field.

    • At least 5 years relevant experience.

    • Experience in IT service management (preferably with ITIL v3 certification).

    • Fluency in English and effectively communicating and networking with business stakeholders.

    • Soft skills like analytical strength, project management, collaboration, adaptability, good communication, global change management and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
