Position Overview

Lina is seeking a visionary Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role, essential to the future of our company as we aim to rapidly expand into new markets and solidify our position as the premier co solution for healthcare professionals.

As CGO, you will be the driving force behind our expansion, with a particular emphasis on fundraising, commercial real estate, and growth marketing. You will work closely with our founder, Rachel Puri, and lead a talented team dedicated to scaling our operations while maintaining Lina's integrity and mission. 

 Key Areas of Expertise

  • Fundraising: Demonstrated success in raising growth capital, with a proven ability to secure funding through venture capital, private equity, or strategic partnerships. Experience in managing investor relations, creating compelling pitch decks, and developing financial models is crucial.
  • Commercial Real Estate: Extensive experience in commercial real estate, including market analysis, lease negotiation, and managing space build-outs. You should have a deep understanding of current market dynamics, especially in the context of the post-COVID landscape, and the ability to identify and secure prime locations for expansion.
  • Growth Marketing: Strong background in growth marketing with a focus on scaling companies and driving revenue through data-driven strategies. You will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to expand Lina’s customer base and increase revenue.

 Core Responsibilities

  • Capital Raising: Lead efforts to raise the necessary capital to fuel our ambitious growth plans. You will be responsible for managing investor relations, developing and presenting pitch decks, and ensuring the financial sustainability of our growth plans.
  • Commercial Real Estate Expansion: Conduct in-depth market research to identify and secure optimal locations for expansion. You will negotiate favorable lease terms and oversee new construction projects, ensuring that all spaces meet the high standards of Lina Co.
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with Lina Co.’s mission and business model. You will leverage CRM tools and other marketing technologies to optimize sales funnels and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the sales and operations teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Your visionary mindset will be key in taking our proven concept to the next stage of growth.

 Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record of successfully raising growth capital and scaling companies, preferably within the healthcare or real estate sectors.
  • Experience in leading investor relations, including proficiency in pitching, financial forecasting, and creating proformas.
  • Strong leadership skills with a visionary mindset and the ability to take a proven concept to the next stage of growth.
  • Previous experience in startups is preferred but not required.
  • Deep understanding of commercial real estate, including trends, market dynamics, and lease structures.
  • Expertise in market research, identifying growth opportunities, and negotiating with landlords and building owners.
  • Solid knowledge of product/vertical markets and growth marketing strategies, with a proven ability to utilize CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to grow sales funnels.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.
