Job description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong background in sales, particularly in client acquisition, with the ability to build relationships and close deals effectively. The ideal candidate will excel in both acquiring new clients and managing existing client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • Prospecting and Sales:
    • Close new clients through cold and warm channels, including prospecting and networking.
    • Conduct 100+ cold calls daily to prospective clients, demonstrating persistence and determination to secure new business.
    • Make at least 13 meaningful touches per qualified lead to drive client conversions.
    • Effectively handle Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in real-time, ensuring prompt follow-up and engagement.
    • Exhibit strong salesmanship when endorsing hires to potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition.

Account Management:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients, expanding the scope of services offered.
    • Identify additional roles and opportunities during discovery or initial calls with clients.
    • Proactively engage with current and former clients to encourage repeat business and strengthen relationships.
    • Maintain and update CRM databases in real-time, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.

Reporting:

  • Activity and Outcome Tracking:
    • Accurately report all activities, interactions, and outcomes using HubSpot, ensuring transparency and accountability.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on client acquisition efforts, account management activities, and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development.
  • Strong track record of success in cold calling and closing new clients.
  • Excellent salesmanship with the ability to effectively pitch and endorse hires to potential clients.
  • Experience in managing client accounts and driving repeat business.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly HubSpot, with the ability to maintain accurate records in real-time.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in staffing and recruiting companies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to make high volumes of cold calls and engage with potential clients regularly.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Salary: $1000-$1500

Schedule: 8AM - 5PM EST
