Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years specialising in HubSpot CMS. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL (HubSpot Markup Language). Experience with HubSpot CMS and related tools. Design Skills: Strong understanding of web design principles and user experience (UX) best practices. Ability to create design mockups and then transfer to into functional web pages. Ability to follow brand guidelines and standards. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.

Core responsibilities:

Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain website pages and templates using HubSpot CMS. Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligns with our brand guidelines. Website Design: Create wireframes for new webpages. HubSpot CMS Management: Oversee the setup, configuration, and customization of HubSpot CMS. Implement website updates, new features, and enhancements as needed. Front-End Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL (HubSpot Markup Language). Responsive Design: Ensure the website is responsive and mobile-friendly, providing an optimal user experience across all devices. SEO Optimization: Implement best practices for SEO within the HubSpot CMS to improve website visibility and search engine ranking. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize website performance, including page load times, usability, and overall site functionality. Email templates: Set up email templates for events, campaigns and webinars in HubSpot. Troubleshooting and Support: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues and bugs. Provide technical support to the marketing team and other stakeholders as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketers to ensure website content and functionality meet business objectives. Participate in project planning and provide input on technical feasibility and best practices. Training and Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for website features, processes, and best practices. Provide training and support to team members on using HubSpot CMS.
