Responsibilities

  • Optimize and implement the new employee training program, help new employees quickly adapt to the company culture and work environment, and regularly evaluate the training effectiveness of new employees, providing continuous support and guidance.
  • Take the lead in talent development planning, implementation, operation, and evaluation. Based on the company's strategic direction, business development goals, and employee growth requirements, customize training programs and drive their implementation.
  • Promote the construction of the company's knowledge and experience accumulation and sharing system, improve the level of organizational knowledge management, and use various methods such as mechanism guidance, atmosphere creation, and platform building to promote the accumulation and sharing of employees' professional experience.
  • Develop and integrate domestic and international training resources, explore more diverse learning methods, ensure orderly and efficient implementation of projects, and continuously iterate and optimize the existing internal training empowerment system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of work experience in the field of training and talent development. 
  • Proficient in professional skills such as training needs investigation and analysis, talent assessment and organizational development, training organization and effectiveness evaluation.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, cross-team project management capabilities, and public speaking and presentation abilities.
  • Result-oriented, with keen business insight, familiar with domestic and international training resources, and strong resource integration capabilities.
  • Self-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt to global distributed office collaboration.
  • Strong learning ability, able to adapt to the rapid development of the industry and the company, and with a certain degree of innovation spirit.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous.
