Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will play a crucial part in growing our business by identifying new opportunities and bringing in new clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the U.S. business landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and research potential clients in the U.S. market, focusing on businesses that could benefit from our IT services.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our services and set up meetings.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and how our services can address them.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and recruitment teams to develop strategies that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in sales and business development, must have experience in the IT Consulting and Service industry. U.S. market experience is a must.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
    • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
