THE OPPORTUNITY

The Salesforce Architect role is critical to streamlining Cyera’s GTM operations while generating automated motions that improve employee efficiency. In addition to partnering with the internal operational teams, this candidate will also lead any supporting consultants to bolster the GTM motion through project based implementations. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the primary lead of all development and integrations across salesforce and the collective Go-To Market (GTM) tool stack.
• Partner with operations teams including Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, IT and others to design, implement and improve processes across the GTM motion from Lead to Opportunity to Post sale.
• Architect solutions that provide a frictionless and scalable environment within Salesforce while also optimizing integrations with supporting systems. 

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Salesforce Architect working to drive CRM solution architecture for a company or set of clients
• Extensive knowledge of best-in-breed CRM applications including but not limited to Salesforce, Marketing Automation Applications, Forecasting Systems, Bookings and Commissions, Salesforce CPQ, Snowflake
• Clear understanding of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to post sales
• Expertise in designing new solutions using Salesforce customizations, expert in designing data flow and architecture diagrams
• Experience in taking a business use case driven approach to come up with solutions that are functionally and technically feasible
• Document technical solutions for new projects and integrations while assisting with the existing technology portfolio through proposing improvements and alternatives
• Able to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and engineering teams to conceptualize and sell ideas internally and attain win-win outcomes
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously that have fluctuating requirements, and time-sensitive deadlines
• Strong customer service mentality while being curious, methodical, rational, analytical, and logical
• 8+ years of experience designing complex, enterprise-wide business solutions on the Salesforce Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning, amongst others, while continually retiring tech debt, fine tuning managed apps, governor limits and performance
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative, Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Apex, reports, workflows, assignment rules, and more)
• Knowledge of APEX triggers/SOQL queries and stored procedures
• Experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs
• Salesforce.com Platform Architect, Developer & Designer certifications
• Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with Global system and business team members

COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
