Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Deliver consulting engagements in digital manufacturing

  • Experience in process industry (specifically Pharma/Regulatory compliant industries)

  • Conduct assessments of manufacturing and develop recommendations for implementing digital/Industry 4.0/Factory of future solutions (broad use cases)

  • Develop business cases for proposed recommendations

  • Conduct workshops with clients to identify solutions

  • Develop consulting proposals

  • Work with account sales team to sell manufacturing consulting solutions

  • Engineer with post graduate qualifications in industrial engineering(M Tech) or operations management (MBA)

  • Hands on experience on production floor identifying and driving improvement ( Roles like Manufacturing Engineer, Lean/Six Sigma Blackbelt)

  • Exposure to implementing IT systems ( ERP,MES, Data and Analytics)

  • Good communication (written and oral) and facilitation skills

  • Willingness to travel
