Job Description

Commercial Manager CEE – Automotive

The Commercial Manager is responsible for all commercial activities from understanding the market trends,

prospecting, creating a robust sales funnel and generating new businesses to deliver sustainable growth and

profitable revenue.

What will you do?

LEAD

  • Responsible for generating new sales leads to be converted in profitable revenue within the Automotive & Industrial sectors to meet the company targets

OWN

  • Prospect & develop a robust sales funnel within the Automotive and Industrial sectors
  • Win profitable business in line with our strategic and financial goals to increase significatively our footprint and market share on the assigned region
  • Develop interaction and relationships with key decision makers and influencers to foster customer experience and increase customer intimacy
  • Negotiate all strategic commercial agreements
  • Control contractual compliance with the company expectations
  • Set up Joint Business plans with prospects
  • RFI  & RFQ Management
  • Contact negotiations and new revenue generation

PROVIDE

  • Interface between the prospected accounts and the wider Automotive and Industrial Solutions as well as the Global Automotive  teams
  • Financial and market recommendations to the leadership team

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar customer facing commercial  role within a multinational environment
  • Solid track record in the Automotive and/or industrial sector
  • Experience in working within sizeable multi discipline teams and influencing change in a matrix/cross-functional environment.
  • Strong negotiating, collaboration, solution selling and relationship building capabilities
  • Strategic thinking, ability to develop and drive a concept through to commercial offer and successful conclusion
  • Very good customer orientated communication skills
  • Must be extremely flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Diplomatic and sensitive when serving customers of a different mentality and culture
  • Good understanding of Customer Experience, Customer Solutions and keen to create customer loyality
  • Senior level networking skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong business knowledge and acumen
  • Results oriented, goal aligned approach
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive and industrial supply chain
  • Fluency in English and any CEE language is a must, German is a plus
