Part of AUTODOC is ATD Technologies S. R. L., which was established in 2019 and has already the status of a resident of the information technology park “Moldova IT Park". Currently we are looking for an Invoice Accounting Coordinator (m/f/x) to join our Purchasing team in Chișinău (Moldova), starting as soon as possible.

Job Description

  • Controlling stock based on invoices
  • Creating mismatch reports by summarizing missing stock in AWS and Google Doc documents
  • Daily working with AWS system (verifying invoices in AWS system)
  • Establishing and maintaining good relation with suppliers
  • Close cooperation with colleagues from other locations in Germany, Ukraine and Poland

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance and first professional experience
  • Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and MS Office
  • High level of analytical thinking
  • Detail-oriented, the ability to find mistakes and provide the best solutions
  • Conscientiousness, effectiveness and reliability
  • Independent, structured and transparent style of working
  • Fluent Russian and intermediate English skills
